ABOUT BRAND & SUPPLIER STRATEGY

Circel offers development services ranging from insight and strategy to implementation. To ensure that brands' offerings are both relevant and competitive, we frequently adopt a clear category perspective. Our goal is to create offerings that are attractive and relevant to consumers while being profitable for retailers and stores. We assist top brands in establishing category leadership and taking long-term responsibility for their categories. 

With experience from both B2C and B2B markets, we have particularly deep knowledge within the grocery industry. However, we successfully apply our methods and models to other industries, such as pharmacy, construction, non-food, and electronics.
